After a successful career working with brands such as MAC, Dior and Guerlain, leading makeup artist, MUA tutor in training and founder of Polly Cosmetics, Lilly went on to develop a new style of mineral-based pigments for loose eyeshadow. However, unlike the eye-rollingly bad rep associated with traditional mineral-based pigments, Polly Cosmetics are highly pigmented, buildable and bursting with colour.
